Web app for property onboarding and redesign of the existing section with property info in the GuestReady admin.
GuestReady is a short-term rental company managing around two thousand properties across 14 cities. To be able to respond to guest questions and run smooth operations, GuestReady staff need a lot of information about each of these properties.
Property onboarding app enables hosts to fill in all the information which then goes to the GuestReady admin interface.
The way information was gathered and used was a big mess. Google docs and spreadsheets, notebooks, memories of account managers…The goal of this project was to make the lives of both GuestReady staff and hosts easier by having a simple interface for the input of information, and an easy way to get to the specific information when needed.
